Refund policy

EU Orders (B2C Only)

We offer a 14-day return policy for consumers (B2C) within the European Union. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as received

  • be unworn and unused

  • include all original tags

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at info@fluxmotion.eu. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Outside the European Union (B2C Only)

For orders delivered outside the European Union, no standard return right applies.

If a non-EU shipment is refused by the recipient or returned for any reason, the following costs are entirely borne by the customer and will be deducted from any potential refund:

  • Shipping costs from the FluxMotion headquarters to the destination address

  • Shipping costs from the destination country back to the FluxMotion headquarters

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges

  • A restocking fee of €8

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Our webshop's currency is in euro, currency exchange differences are not covered by us.-
